Yoga & Pick Your Own
To celebrate the Autumn Equinox
Summer days are drawing to a close and soon Autumn will be upon us.
Autumn Equinox is the point of balance between Summer & Winter Solstices which are the longest and shortest days of the year.
We hope you are able to join us.
The flower fields at Rowes Priory Gardens are a beautiful and peaceful escape to spend a Sunday afternoon.
We invite you to experience being present in this tranquil setting.
On arrival you will make your way to the bell tent pitched on the lawned area near the walled garden where Andrea ( qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher ) will welcome you and guide you through a medative and mindful Autumn Equinox yoga practice.
The Theme ‘Balance ‘
The Autumn Equinox is the perfect opportunity for reflection and introspection. It’s a time to set your seeds of intention, to draw inward, dive deep into yourself, and refocus on what’s important and meaningful.
We shall then take a slow mindful walk to the Dovecote where James & Laura Rowe will share their story before you have the opportunity to explore the stunning flower fields and mindfully pick your very own bunch of flowers to take home!
As your flowers rest and relax you’ll have the opportunity to do the same and enjoy the picturesque scenery, a selection of yogi teas & healthy cake 🙂
Please come dressed for an afternoon out in the garden – trainers or boots advised, loose clothing will need to be worn for the yoga class.
