A-Yoga One to One
A YOGA One to one can help you gain a more thorough understanding of yoga and it's origins. If you are a beginner, it is advisable to familiarise yourself with the practice and gain some basic yoga skills. New students may often feel overwhelmed attending an existing YOGA CLASS, and can benefit immensely from receiving my complete attention. A YOGA one to one will help you develop a clear understanding of the yoga postures and breathing techniques before entering a class environment.

A YOGA One to one takes place in the comfort of your own home. Private yoga instruction allows you to work with myself to tailor a session that is personal to your own needs, something which is not possible in A YOGA CLASS.

To allow myself to compile your personal exercise plan, it is advisable to contact me prior to your first session to inform me of your goals , aims and expectations.

A YOGA One-to-one can also help existing students to develop a practice that deepens your level of awareness beyond what can generally be achieved in A YOGA CLASS setting.

Cost:    1 -  session £30.00 per hour | 2 - people per session £40.00 per hour
