Our Woodland Yoga sessions add a different dimension to our yoga practice. Yoga means ‘union,’ and when it’s practiced in a natural environment it seems like the union with nature, humankind and the universe is truly felt.
Our woodland sessions can help to increase your yoga experience, many aspects of yoga are in fact about being in the present moment, awkening the sences whilst capturing a sense of harmony, timelessness and a connection to the earth.
We move mindfully and medatevly, focusing awareness, practicing stillness and allowing the breeze to help deepen your breath. It is the ideal way to boost your immune system and to soothe your soul.
We are hoping to re- start the woodland yoga sessions in April. Further details will be posted soon.
