Zoom yoga provides an opportunity for you to participate in a home-based yoga experience. Allowing you to receive professional tuition in a nurturing and supportive zoom space, you will be guided through each posture and Hatha flow sequence.
Online zoom classes are ideal sessions for beginners and intermediate students who want to practice from the comfort of their own home. The fundamental aspects of Hatha Yoga are covered witihin these sessions allowing you to progress, develop and gain the knowledge you need to contuinue with your yoga journey virutually. Over time you will develop strength, a mindful approach, inner peace, relaxation and flexibility.
